Savour the authentic

Three kitchens, one table

  • Arabic

Spans the entire Arab world, from the Middle East and Mesopotamia to North Africa. This cuisine is associated with beautiful hospitality and generosity. Meals are generally large family affairs, with much sharing and a great deal of warmth over the dinner table.

  • Karachi

Refers to the food found mainly in the city of Karachi, Sindh. This area has a natural harbour and has been used as a fishing port by local fishermen belonging to Sindhi tribes since pre-historic times. That has helped the region develop its taste in food, with influences from the many travellers and traders who passed through.

  • Punjabi

Comes from the region of Punjab in northern India. The region is a major producer of wheat, rice and dairy products, which form the staple diet of Punjabi people, and it is known to have the highest per-capita usage of dairy products in the country.
